Position Title: Senior Analytical Scientist I Location: Maple Grove, MN Position Overview The successful candidate will have established experience in mass spectroscopy along with gas and/or liquid chromatography. The successful candidate must be able to apply a fundamental understanding of a broad range of analytical techniques to the characterization of adhesives and complex polymers. Candidates must have strong fundamental chemistry knowledge (organic, analytical, and physical chemistry). They must have a talent for identifying the underlying causes of problems and for making relevant measurements to provide data and information that drive technical solutions. The candidate must be capable of independent work but also able to work with multifunctional teams to enhance characterization efforts. This person will be required to partner effectively with global teams including research scientists, chemists, product development engineers, technicians, and end use customers to prioritize work as necessary. In addition, the successful candidate must maintain current knowledge of innovations in analytical techniques and lead their implementation. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $84,000 - $110,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
