Duties/Responsibilities


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with management of IT inventory.
  • Prepare new hardware for deployment, including imaging, client configuration, and hardware / software installation.
  • Prepare deprecated equipment for surplus, including removing hard drives, documenting inventory information, and coordinating pick-up / drop-off with our Materials Department.
  • Assist with maintenance of IT equipment storage facilities.

  • Work with Lead Client Support Professional and IT Client Support Professional to resolve technical issues reported by health center staff.
  • Replace / install hardware and peripherals.
  • Repair / replace damaged or faulty computer components.
  • Assist health center staff with use of hardware and software.

  • Assist Network and Systems Administrators with projects, including helping with set up of specialized hardware and data entry for automated processes.
