POSITION SUMMARY: The Creative Manager, Development Communications is a core member of the Development team of Boston Medical Center. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development Communications and Engagement, the Creative Manager, Development Communications is responsible for successfully crafting creative strategies and standards for a wide range of media formats including web, mobile, email, video, signage and print to support Development goals. This position will serve as the foundation for creative content management within the Development office, working collaboratively across the team as well as BMCHS Marketing and Communications and division leaders. They will drive content creation in alignment with BMCHS strategy and the advancement of Development Office goals related to cultivating and stewarding donors at all levels. The ideal candidate is an effective collaborator and leader of other creatives with well-developed critical thinking skills and the capacity to process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise. They must be able to lead creatives by working effectively and collaboratively to bring Boston Medical Center Health System's brand to life through various channels. Must be able to generate, gather, and present creative recommendations confidently and effectively to senior leadership for internal buy-in. The ability to ensure an accurate, consistent, and compelling experience of the brand in all media is essential to this role.
