Role & responsibilities:

Join ITEROP, Dassault Systemes' agile business process automation platform, and support our clients in their digital transformation journey with scalable low-code solutions, intelligent workflows, and a sovereign Cloud environment (OUTSCALE).

As a BPM Solutions Development Specialist, you'll act as a strategic partner to internal and partner sales teams. Your mix of business acumen, curiosity, and functional mindset will help co-create high-value digitalization projects across industries.




  • Enable and coach sales teams on ITEROP's value proposition to ensure strategic alignment and performance.



  • Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and shape tailored process automation solutions.



  • Lead scoping workshops, build impactful demos, and contribute to proposal preparation, including RFI/RFP responses.



  • Collaborate closely with consulting, R&D, and marketing teams to fine-tune messaging and strengthen value delivery.



  • Stay connected to the field by supporting key strategic opportunities and maintaining market relevance.



Qualifications




  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.



  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role: presales, digital transformation consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales.



  • Strong interest in process optimization and technological innovation.



  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a strong sense of client empathy.



  • Comfortable navigating a hybrid, international, and fast-paced environment.



  • Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.

  • Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range is between $182,000 and $220,000, including base salary and target bonus.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
