Summary:

In this role, you will apply Agile and SDLC QA methodology and standards to verify and validate all products meet specifications and customer acceptance criteria to ensure customer satisfaction. You will verify and validate the quality of software products for Vizient as an active and collaborative member of the quality engineering team and assist team members in refining upcoming project work from a quality engineer perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance code, processes, and efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize automated build and continuous integration pipelines.
• Identify and resolve build and release failures to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve build and release failures to ensure seamless operations.
• Design comprehensive test plans and integrate them into test frameworks.
• Perform acceptance, functional, automated, and remote monitoring testing to validate system performance.
• Conduct end-to-end testing using manual and automated tools.
• Collaborate on product documentation to support development and QA processes.
• Implement agile best practices and DevOps strategies to foster continuous delivery.
• Actively engage in peer reviews and cross-team communication to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation frameworks in Agile required.
• Demonstrated experience in SQL, ETL, and data validation for comprehensive testing including functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Experience in Selenium automation tools with different frameworks is required.
• Experience programming in Java is required. .
• Experience in databases, and ETL testing with tools like SSIS, SQL Query, or similar tools preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of QA practices, black box testing, white box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices, etc., and commitment to QA methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, think outside the box, and come up with creative solutions when tools don't work.
• Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus.
