Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Interoperability Engineer (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. SALARY RANGE: $126,131 - 232,700 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Interoperability Engineer (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Performing software test case planning including reviews and analysis of feature specifications. Creating, updating, and reviewing test documents including test plans, test cases, test reports, feature specifications and instructions. Performing software programming in C/C++, Java, and Python to implement and enhance automation frameworks. Program and code automation framework and related components to support addition of new automated test scenarios and new test devices. Performing test cases in the lab environment and preparing test reports. Installing, commissioning, and integrating 5G and 4G Radio Access equipment in the IOT lab environment. Performing fault investigation and reporting. Analyzing logs and troubleshooting problems from the field and customer lab. Performing lab maintenance including evaluating test tools and test equipment prior to release and building workstations for 5G and 4G radio products. Provide training to team members on new features and test equipment. Performing upgrades of network equipment, building and expanding of workstations, running automations framework and gNodeB. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: 5G New Radio (NR) and 4G LTE 3GPP radio network technology; implementing and commissioning 4G and 5G RAN products and features; Implementing 3GPP standards based on 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G and 3GPP RAN standards; Log analysis tools: QXDM, XCAL and ELT; Programming in C/C++, Java, or Python; Implementing Automation frameworks for RAN functional test scenarios; and, Conducting technical discussion from 5G and 4G RAN implementation based on 3GPP standards during the course of interoperability testing and troubleshooting work. Domestic travel is required up to 5%. International travel required up to 5%. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
