• Administer the Quality Management System.

  Ensure all processes in area comply with ISO 9001/AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.

  Lead the internal audit process and internal auditors.

  Support the Company's Quality Assurance Programs.

  Manage the Quality organization staff and their daily activities.

  Develop and facilitate quality assurance related training for production and management personnel.

  Maintain product traceability information.

  Perform daily quality metrics and analysis in key areas of production.

  Use Six Sigma/Lean methods to improve product quality throughout facility.

  Manage all nonconforming product

  Submit all non-conforming product to customers when required

  Contribute to all product development.

  Act as point of contact for 2 and 3 party QMS audits.
