The Frame Development Lead (DL) is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the component and system design, development, and release of structural frame components and assemblies. The DL will be responsible for the development and execution of a work plan to achieve these component and system-level functional objectives. They will be responsible for the team's on-time delivery at each milestone from concept through vehicle launch including presenting progress to management and senior leadership. Project management key process indicators (KPI's) and cost/weight/investment (C/W/I) efficiency will be utilized to monitor success. Leadership responsibilities include component design (FMEA), analysis (CAE), vehicle packaging (NX), model/drawing integrity (Teamcenter), Product Assurance Plan (PAP), component validation (DVP&R), change management (CN), engineering bill of material (EBOM/CODEP), build support, issue management (GIMS), fastened joint design, and assembly torque development. The DL will oversee their team working with multiple groups (NVH, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, Safety, and Durability) to complete all validation and testing. They will ensure the proper documentation and storage of completed project records and support updates to core documents based on lessons learned. Basic Qualifications:
