Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

• Accountable for coordination of all care for a specific patient population on an assigned department, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of Hillcrest Medical Center.

• Has managerial responsibilities including, but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, employment development, budget, and performance improvement activities.

• Expected to supplement staffing as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or diploma from an accredited school of nursing program
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in clinical specialty
• Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
