Responsibilities




  • Adhere to quality processes and procedures for all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to project completion and handover.





  • Guide projects in maintaining compliance with quality policies and procedures by providing education, monitoring and other support.





  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance indicators and present findings to senior management.





  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities and outcomes.





  • Submits or assists projects with submitting permit applications and environmental plans as required.





  • Ensures employees are trained on quality regulations and practices.





  • Perform regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with established quality standards and identify areas for improvements.





  • Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure that suppliers and subcontractors adhere to quality requirements and standards.





  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements



Education: Bachelor's Degree

Employment Conditions:

Physical Requirements: Employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to use fingers to grasp, move and manipulate small objects. The employee must have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must have the ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand and understand the speech of another person. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and will occasional be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The work environment will consist of low levels of noise (i.e., typical office)
