National Accounts Director

A National Accounts Director for the IT & E team is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity for a REMOTE opportunity with Yoh. The National Accounts Director will be a key member of the IT&E team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the data center sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the data center industry, with a deep understanding of the technical and consulting needs, challenges, and opportunities specific to these high-demand facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive and execute the business development strategy for data center consulting projects, focusing on building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the data center sector, from early-stage project identification to closing contracts.
  • Develop long-term, trusted relationships with hyperscalers, and major data center owners, technical leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the negotiation, proposal, and contract processes to ensure the company's position in the competitive data center market is strong and growing.
  • Stay ahead of trends and innovations in the data center industry, leveraging market knowledge to provide insights and technical solutions to clients.
  • Act as a National Accounts Director for the company in the data center market, promoting the company's capabilities and successes.

  • Deep understanding of the data center market, including trends, stakeholders, and consulting and project requirements.
  • Proven success in identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value business in the data center sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and inspire a team.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a sales or business development role focused exclusively on data center solutions or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong network within the data center community and the ability to leverage relationships to drive business success.



In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $86,720 - $130,080. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
