First year potential total compensation is $100,000.00



  • Salary Range: $37K-$42K depending on experience.
  • First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance of $100,000(approximate).
  • Additional earning opportunities are uncapped; the overachievement opportunity has an accelerator. Additional manufacturer incentive programs are also available.

Overview

As our Outside Sales Executive, you enjoy making an impact to the community through selling Toshiba's full line of office solutions, including multi-functional, full-color copiers and printers, and software solutions --eBRIDGE Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, and Digital Signage, as well as other non-Toshiba products within the Rochester, NY territory.

Your core focus as Outside Sales Executive will be to generate new business and bring

innovative, real-world solutions for our customers' print and document management needs by helping them cut costs, secure documents, and reduce their environmental footprint.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge office solutions to our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities.

What you'll do



  • Attain digital office equipment and software solutions sales revenue and market share
  • Manage your defined territory; achieve quotas via cold calling and self-generated leads
  • Generate net new business through prospecting and a high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns
  • Partner with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs
  • Align Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations
  • Coordinating the terms of the sale and client training logistics
  • Create and maintain a prospecting plan and conduct sales reporting
  • Identify key areas of opportunity for new business.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends that influence the marketplace



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment or;

    • Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate and/or Consulting.


  • Five or more years of business-to-business experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
