  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Three.js for VR and 3D web development.
  • Strong knowledge of physics engines like Rapier.js and their integration into VR simulations.
  • Familiarity with WEBGL for rendering interactive 3D environments.
  • Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and lighting using Blender or similar tools.
  • Ability to create high-quality multimedia training materials, including simulations and videos.
  • Familiarity with Amazon S3 for cloud-based asset storage.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in a remote team environment, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience creating training content and simulations for corporate or instructional purposes.
  • Knowledge of VR best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in developing train-the-trainer materials and content.
  • Familiarity with video production tools and editing software for creating instructional videos.
