Job Overview:
The order coordinator is responsible for receipt and entry of customer purchase and change orders, coordination with the sales team regarding customer needs, and other duties related to the end-to-end process.
Responsibilities
- Receipt and entry of customer orders and coordination of change orders through a shared mailbox.
- Customer service duties including but not limited to facilitating information requests for customer, answering phone calls and participating order related meetings and problem-solving efforts. Management of the shared mailbox.
- Using SAP ERP system and other software for order entry and information processing.
- Coordination with other departments regarding customer order processing such as finance, scheduling, production, sales team, and external customers.
- Other supply chain duties as required
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Core Competencies
- Ability to follow a work instruction
- Experience in dealing with diverse customers
- Aptitude for learning product information and understanding of mechanical concepts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization and in cross-function collaborations
- Ability to present facts and recommendations, to present opinions and defend them

Bachelor's degree preferred
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This position will be based at our office in Enon, OH, with minimal anticipated travel.
