VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift, Chief, Forward, Direct-Lift, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson, Revolution, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coaching and supervision of a team of customer service/technical consultants. Supervisor plans and directs work flow and project assignments, while working to develop employee's skills, evaluate performance and provide feedback. This position will also help monitor the lead generation and opportunity tracking process or internal technical training and work on continuous improvement opportunities. The Supervisor will also be responsible for specific accounts or projects and spend a portion of each day on communications and follow-up with other departments.

Responsibilities:

Percentage of Time

Plan, direct, coach, monitor and follow-up on daily activities of ISS/Technical consultants. Meet with team members on regular basis to provide feedback on performance and set expectations.

Work with customer accounts or projects identified as part of the Supervisors work portfolio.

Create, maintain and update and share records to monitor product availability. Communicate with purchasing/production/shipping/accounting as needed. Prepare and distribute tech-notes and other product updates.

Identify and develop opportunities for CI to create more efficient operations while creating better flow.

Other projects as assigned
