Position Summary

Job Summary:

The HR Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the success of our People Capability programs and initiatives, with a focus on Workday implementations, process design, and operational efficiency projects. This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle of program management, from planning and development to implementation, monitoring, and reporting. This role requires a highly independent and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of PC programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and PC strategy
  • Lead all phases of the project management lifecycle, including timeline planning, risk identification and mitigation, resource allocation, and management of program dependencies
  • Provide expert guidance on HR processes and Workday best practices, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to optimize system utilization and operational efficiency
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of HR projects, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely execution
  • Take ownership of project outcomes, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks, making sound recommendations to ensure project success, and monitoring performance against KPIs
  • Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency
  • Use a variety of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Critical Path, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Use project management tooling to track and report progress (specifically using Monday.com, Smartsheets, and Jira)
  • Develop and implement program templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for efficient program execution
  • Contribute to the development of the PC program roadmap by identifying opportunities for new projects and initiatives
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a strong understanding of HR principles
  • Strong project management skills and experience with a variety of methodologies and techniques such as Waterfall, Critical Path, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma
  • Proficiency in the use of Workday or other HR information systems
  • Experience using a variety of project management tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira) for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address program challenges
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in program development, implementation, and documentation
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience working with technology teams in an agile scrum environment

The targeted pay range for this role is $119,200 - $158,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
