Production Plant Manager

Pay Rate: $25 - $28 (Depending on experience.)

Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead and manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a positive team culture.
• Implement and monitor quality control systems to address any product issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Manage production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present reports on production, quality, safety, and key performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a plant manager in a similar environment.
• Strong physical capability to handle the demands of the role.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• CNC experience is required.
