Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$78,200.00 to $104,300.00.

Position Details:

The Senior Analyst, OST Analytics and Insights, will lead the development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of key business metrics and dashboards, serving as a critical enabler of high-impact decision-making and performance monitoring across our network. This role requires deep expertise in network performance metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver actionable insights through clear visualizations and ad hoc analyses.

As a subject matter expert in our network's key performance indicators, the Senior Analyst will work closely with Finance, HR, Distribution Center (DC) leadership, and Branch leadership to deliver a comprehensive view of organizational performance. By leveraging thoughtful analysis and intuitive reporting, the Senior Analyst will ensure stakeholders have the clarity needed to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

There is an expectation this individual will execute their responsibilities with a high level of independence and ownership. The Senior Analyst is expected to define project scope, align stakeholders, proactively identify, and escalate roadblocks, and clearly communicate timelines and deliverables.

In addition, the Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the department. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to measure and evaluate new programs aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and enriching employee experience. Through robust analytics and performance tracking, the Senior Analyst will ensure clear visibility into the impact and compliance of these initiatives, driving meaningful outcomes for the organization.

You Will:

  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership, addressing business challenges, monitoring process effectiveness, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify, define, and implement KPIs and metrics that measure the effectiveness, impact, and progress of operations and initiatives against data-driven benchmarks and organizational goals.
  • Oversee data visualization strategy including the design, creation, and maintenance of analytical dashboards, tools, and workflow applications that enhance cross-functional collaboration, streamline decision-making, and support process execution across the organization.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of current business trends, strategies, and decision points, delivering insights that enhance leadership's understanding of key drivers and operational levers.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to Operations leadership to inform decision-making and improve organizational outcomes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability within the analytics function to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.

You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, business, or engineering.
  • Experience with Enterprise Reporting tools similar to PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience in large data environments, with proven track record of developing and managing suite of metrics and reporting.
  • Experience in writing well-structured SQL and familiarity with ETL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Statistical technique that can be used to find relationships in data and communicate clear inferences to business partners
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • Availability to travel up to 10%
