Position Overview:

Laerdal Medical is seeking an Accelerate Clinical Facilitator (ACF) to join our team. The Accelerate Clinical Facilitator (ACF) is responsible for delivering educational programs to enhance clinical care in hospital settings. This role involves working closely with clinical teams to assess needs, implement Accelerate programming, and develop best practice training solutions. The ACF will build partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations to improve program effectiveness and support specialized projects. Additionally, the ACF will facilitate educational engagements across North America to test and refine training experiences.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Education & Program Delivery

  • Deliver clinical education programs targeted at nurse and physician education.
  • Create educational experiences based on defined metrics to measure impact and improvement.
  • Provide discipline-specific, multi-disciplinary, and inter-disciplinary clinical training opportunities for hospital professionals, based on identified needs.
  • Incorporate simulation into educational experiences for competency measurement and team performance evaluation.

Innovation & Process Improvement

  • Drive innovative thinking to introduce new methods for quality improvement in clinical training.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of hospital quality, nursing, education, and training practices, including workflow.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure proper documentation of education program processes.

Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Utilize dynamic speaking skills and strong business writing abilities to engage audiences and write compelling content.
  • Build and sustain relationships with thought leaders, influencers, partnership organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with customers to achieve consensus and gain support.

Leadership & Project Management

  • Demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and initiative in meeting customer goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on organizational needs, and work independently in remote office situations.
  • Work collaboratively with data analytics teams to ensure data-driven educational experiences.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must reside in the West Coast sales territory (Preferably North West)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years hospital experience required
  • Experience with principles of adult education and instructional design preferred
  • Experience with Simulation and/or training solutions preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Effective writing skills and competency using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of time
  • Proven product and software knowledge in hospitals
  • Requires excellent critical thinking, problem resolution abilities and strong technical skills.
  • Valid driver's license

Salary Range: 90,000 - 110,000, eligible for 9% bonus

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, but not limited to; the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, location, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
