Description

Primary Purpose:

Assist lending staff in the retail banking locations with all processes in Central Loan Operations (CLO) including, but not limited to, compliance, loan documentation, software, federal and state regulations, and bank policy and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Answer lending related questions from lending staff through the problem resolution portal
  • Log all issues in Wrike and escalate to the appropriate contacts
  • Accurately communicate information to lending staff in accordance to loan policy and procedures
  • Identify and resolve eForms issues and or routing requests in a timely manner
  • Assist lending staff with eForms related questions (Advising, Troubleshooting, Originating, Submitting, Researching and Correcting)
  • Complete testing of eForms development code and communicate enhancements to lending staff.


Job Specifications



  • Must have a clear understanding of Cadence Loan Policy and lending procedures
  • Must have detailed knowledge of Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, and XNet
  • Must have a clear understanding of Federal Regulatory Compliance Guidelines for regulations HMDA, Flood, RESPA, and Reg Z
  • Must have a clear understanding of State Laws and Regulatory Guidelines related to loan documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of General Ledger accounts
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Self motivated and teamwork oriented
  • Troubleshooting skills
