The Role
The Logistics Supervisor oversees the day-to-day tasks and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI, including the creation, scheduling, and tracking of outbound product delivery appointments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling, documenting, preparation, tracking, and distribution of all outbound product delivery appointments.
- Performs daily tasks related to routing of vehicles to various customer and company locations throughout the service area while maintaining compliance with both DOT rules and regulations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with Production, Inventory, and Sales Departments to meet objectives and address service-related issues.
- Ensures that company Delivery Drivers operate in compliance with all Federal, State, Local and company regulations/policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery schedule
- Plan and schedule maintenance of Delivery
- Must understand and maintain compliance with all state laws and/or regulations that affect Green Thumb Industries (GTI) operations.
- Expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect product safety, product quality or personnel safety.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (conducts root cause analysis on fleet management issues, such as maintenance delays or routing inefficiencies, and recommends process improvements to prevent recurring challenges).
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to achieve operational goals, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development.

Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a production environment, 2+ years in supervisory capacity preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred
- Experience in directing and evaluating hourly employees
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge in Continuous improvement, Kaizen, Gemba Walks
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational and communication
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, reaching, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, walking, seeing and repetitive motions
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds unassisted (and up to 300 pounds with assistance) AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.
- Work involves daily exposure to allergens (such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil).

- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the O.A. to receive an Agent badge
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
