At New Honor Society, the Account Supervisor is the liaison between the agency and the client, the bridge between the brand and creative strategy, the communicator between all the internal teams, the mentor for junior members of the team, as well as being the champion and challenger of good ideas. We are looking for a proven Account high-performer who can hit the ground running with a solution-oriented approach and passion for collaboration to make great work. the position:
- Immerses self in client's business- championing stellar, business-building ideas and effectively collaborating to bring those ideas to life
- Develops and executes complex marketing strategies within cross-functional team delivering on-brand (and on-budget) creative solutions
- Demonstrates effective day-to-day leadership of agency team in terms of owning direction and execution of a variety of projects
- Authors effective project and creative conceptingbriefs and impactful presentations to effectively sell-in creative solutions
- Provides on-brief strategic direction and feedback to shape and refine creative solutions
- Partner to mid-to-senior clients and third-party partners
- Establishes effective balance of advisory and advocacy skills with clients and team while actively addressingproject challenges and opportunities
- Identifies opportunities to help grow direct reports

the requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably 2+ in managing team members
- Proven experience with an integrated agency (or similar industry) background (bonus for regulated industry, media or social/CRM experience)
- Demonstrates effective communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Demonstrates vision to drive direction and connect the day-to-day to the bigger picture for project impact
