Pay Rate: $100,000 - $120,000 per year Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Executive Director will ensure the accomplishment of the agency's mission to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to lead a quality life through instruction, support, and opportunity. This includes overseeing all programs operated by ARCO, including staffing, policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance, funding and fundraising, revenue/expenditure management, public awareness, and overall quality assurance.
