The Benefits Administrator must be knowledgeable with a variety of employee benefit programs and be comfortable being the go-to person for all things benefits and leave management. On a daily basis they will collaborate with HR, brokers, and vendors to keep our benefits top-notch. They also will have to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This position reports to the HR Manager and is an in-office position based in Coon Rapids, MN. If you are passionate about helping other understand benefits and are looking for growth opportunities, this role could be an excellent fit for you! Job Requirements: Professional certification or a 2- or 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 2-5 years' experience working directly with employees regarding benefit programs, including FMLA and leave management, is required. Preference given to candidates who have worked with brokers and vendors, including negotiating benefits packages and managing vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills are required. Must have experience with using HRIS systems and the ability to learn new software's.
