Vaco has partnered with a company looking for a collections/credit manager We are seeking an experienced Global Collections Manager to oversee and optimize the collections process across multiple regions. This role is responsible for developing and implementing collection strategies, managing a global team, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international collections regulations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute global collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts. Oversee and manage the collections team across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess collection efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with finance, legal, and sales teams to resolve disputes and implement proactive solutions. Analyze customer payment trends and implement risk mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to company credit policies and recommend adjustments as needed. Drive automation and process improvements in collections operations. Lead negotiations with high-risk or delinquent accounts to secure payments. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on collections performance and outstanding receivables. Train and develop team members to enhance their collections and customer relationship management skills. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
