We seek an experienced Program Manager to provide supportive leadership and management team members with a passion for providing quality services to young males in a residential setting. Key success attributes are leadership, organization, training and effective communication. Which includes, assisting the Executive Director with operational objectives that best support the Program's mission and long-range goals.
