The purpose of this position is to manage the clinical trial equipment according to all regulatory guidelines and specifications to ensure that it is prepared for deployment to a specific project in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform the below tasks without assistance:

  • Quality control - check the provisioning of all devices.

  • Ensure all equipment and materials are prepared as needed.

  • Proficient skills in applicable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(s).

  • Complete the provisioning of devices for use on clinical trials.

  • Document the provisioning of devices.

  • Join daily shop floor meetings with related metrics from your area of responsibility.

  • Proficient in the provisioning of devices for multiple LOB's.

  • Train new team members when hired, assist with overall onboarding.

FOR SR. FACTORY REPAIR REPRESENTATIVE - OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Timely and efficient repair of devices, including clinical trial machines / medical equipment.
Inspection of the devices according to test documentation during the repair process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for clinical and medical equipment.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

Education:

  • Minimum high school diploma, college qualification, or equivalent apprenticeship/professional work training program.

Experience:

Must have:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in programming and testing electronic devices

  • Prior experience handling clinical trial machines & medical equipment is a big plus.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, industrial administration, or medical equipment servicing preferred.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed.

  • Must be dependable with strong follow-through and minimal direction.

  • Professional with high attention to details and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must have good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • English is mandatory, and language skills of the local country may be necessary.

  • Strong presence with the ability to interact with departmental leadership and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • ERP experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Reliable Organizational Skills.

  • Able to work with a team as well as an individual contributor.

  • Adaptability to changes to support the business goals.
