Property Maintenance

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

We are seeking a Full-time Property Caretaker/light maintenance for our building in Las Vegas, NV.

Wage: $17-$18 per hour DOQ. As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not
limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.

You're qualified for this position: Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision.
