Transaction Banking (TxB) aims to bring innovative solutions to traditional banking and cash management. We provide a suite of solutions to help our customers optimize their operational payments and liquidity.

Within TxB, Data & Analytics Platform is a global engineering team with pods across New York, London, Bengaluru, and Dallas. We are responsible for detailed technical design and development of data-intensive capabilities using existing and emerging technologies.

Who We Look For

As part of our global Data & Analytics Platform team, your role will include development, test, and rollout of Analytics platform features. You will be building and optimizing data assets, conducting statistical analysis, business intelligence gathering, benchmarking, and reporting.

Our platform is made of Java and Python services that inter-operate with Airflow, Flink, Kafka, Snowflake and various AWS services, as well as vendor and external systems.

You are expected to contribute to the vision and roadmap, and a world-class engineering culture, while integrating business value and client experience within the team.

This initiative is critical to the success of our organization and our roadmap. Services like liquidity analytics, billing, client onboarding, reporting, and others will rely on our data platform. Accurate, granular, complete, and timely data is a key differentiator and competitive advantage in the market.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

• Work closely with product teams and stake holders to understand their needs and deliver technical solutions using data
• Perform business analysis and reporting to support Product, Sales, Finance, and our clients.
• Build BI reports and dashboards with tools like AWS QuickSight
• Contribute to Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of projects and collaboration with cross functional teams
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes, analytics and reporting solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Significant experience or degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar technical domain.
• 0-2 years of experience working with data analytics, SQL, Snowflake, Python, DBT
• Knowledge of data visualization using software such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills for collaborating both with technical and non-technical teams
• Open to learning and adapting to Agile Methodologies, participating in sprints and collaborating with teams
• Self-directed and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, especially payments and cash management.
• Experience with product delivery.
• Ability to understand basic data modelling.
• Knowledge of statistical computing methods, quantitative methods, and regression analysis.
