The Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) is seeking a Facility Services Operations Analyst to support our Facility Services leadership team in driving impactful projects that enhance agency operations. In this role, you will provide critical analysis, project planning, and consultative guidance to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of facility services. We are looking for someone with strong project and change management skills, the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, and a data-driven mindset to inform practice improvements. You will play a key role in tracking deliverables, monitoring project progress, and ensuring transparent communication with OYA administration and stakeholders. This position also requires a systems-thinking approach to anticipate impacts on juvenile justice and facility operations.
