Position Title: Quality Assurance Tech - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 2nd or 3rd Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm or 10:00pm - 6:30am Looking for your next Quality Assurance Tech role? This 2nd or 3rd shift role in Bear Creek, WI could be the perfect fit for you! Quality Assurance Tech Responsibilities: - Inspect, test or measure product for conformity to specifications, including physical and chemical properties - Calibrate lab equipment - Conduct internal plant audits to identify non-conformance - Collaborate with managers to resolve quality, production and efficiency issues - Coordinate with supervisors/managers across departments to address quality-related challenges - Maintain accuracy in reports and paperwork - Participate in effective training and development Requirements for Quality Assurance Tech: - Work efficiently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to work overtime as needed - Ability to multitask under time pressure - Strong communication skills with attention to detail - High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Proficiency in Word and Excel - Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
