JOB TITLE: Office Associate, Sr 4-H Youth Development Program JOB PURPOSE: Are you ready to make a difference while keeping things organized, running smoothly, and creating meaningful impact? This position supports the Wyoming 4-H Youth Development Program by assisting the 4-H Program Leader, specialists, and staff in managing a dynamic department. It's a role where your expertise in technology, communication, customer service, and multitasking will shine as you help empower Wyoming's youth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a key member of the 4-H Youth Development Program, you'll support a mission-driven team and have a front-row seat to statewide youth development initiatives. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to Wyoming State 4-H office and clientele and requires the successful candidate to be available to work in the Wyoming State 4-H Office located in Laramie, WY. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States, as sponsorship for work authorization or work visas is not available for this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's degree Experience: 1 year progressively responsible work-related experience or a combination of education and work experience. Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
