Position SummaryWe are looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join the dynamic Gaming team at Light & Wonder. The successful candidate will be energetic, creative, organized and have superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Under the guidance of the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategic integrated internal communications campaigns in addition to designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives that foster a positive work environment for our global Creators. This individual will also assist in creating monthly dashboards for the Gaming Leadership Team to help drive awareness and decisions on organizational development and strategic priorities across the global employee population. Responsibilities will include planning, coordinating and executing internal announcements, monthly updates, quarterly all hands meetings, internal Creator focused events, and global engagement programs. The internal communications and engagement manager will maintain relationships with department leaders across Light & Wonder to ensure cohesive coordination and execution of all internal communications and engagement efforts and needs, as well as appropriate distribution of content. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education:Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis on Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field. Required Experience:5 years experience in public relations, internal communications or a related industry (including internships or volunteer experience).
