Packaging Analyst

ChampionX has an immediate need for a Packaging Analyst located in Sugar Land, TX. ThePackaging Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure packaging solutions are transacted and reported accurately.

What You Will Do

• Maintains tracking and tracing within SAP/Pronid through reporting and monitoring
• Provides transactional training to operations
• Supports maintaining and updating SOP's
• Manages the yearly Inventory count process
• Ensures accurate SAP transactions are executed by operations through KPI monitoring and analytics.
• Owner of Packaging Master Data - ensuring accuracy and maintenance
• Create BOL's as necessary
• Conducts meetings with cleaning partners on a weekly basis to ensure supply from the wash facility is sufficient for the demand.
• Month end report creations and data validation.
• Account Payable process owner.
• SOX Audit owner

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of work experience with packaging
• SAP ECC or S4 Hana experience
• Knowledge of DOT and UN regulations
• Knowledge of packaging types and usage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data analytics experience
• Proficient with Excel and other analytical tools
• Self-starter and highly motivated to ensure accurate data
• Team player
• Communication skills
