POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyze data obtained through multiple sources including data mining tools and other statistical analysis tools Research, analyze and consolidate technical or engineering related information and present for management review Develop, evaluate, document and improve operations methods to work area design, process flow and work methods Monitor, analyze and recommend ways to improve productivity, service and cost performance in all areas of operations in conjunction with management Collaborate with all levels of field leadership to identify trends in performance Establish a communication link between operations and corporate departments; provide data and technical expertise relating to facility and equipment planning, layout and cost justification Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop and implement corporate projects Provide education and support for new technology deployments Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
