This person will be responsible for independently reviewing, interpreting, and documenting rights clearances. What you'll do Review copyright release forms and other legal documents for rights and permissions exceptions Research and analyze rights and restrictions trends across large collections of assets Maintain accurate records of product rights and permissions Assist with other rights-related projects, as needed What you'll bring At least two years of rights management or permissions clearance experience Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a geographically dispersed team High level of proficiency using Excel and/or Smartsheet You'll stand out if you have Experience working with metadata and/or DAM systems An interest in using and keeping abreast of changes with genAI Publishing or library and archives experience HBP is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pay Range: $45 - $60 hourly This is a contract role which is expected to last throughout 6/30.
