At Cox Automotive, we're recruiting UX Architect's to lead the research, planning and architecture of UX for websites and applications. You'll spearhead the creation of digital products and coordinate the efforts of other UX architects and researcher. Check out all our benefits. What You'll Do You'll be the primary point-of-contact/facilitator for UX on assigned projects. Your day-to-day could include creating prototypes for usability testing, examining web analytics and championing user needs and product usability while balancing business and technical constraints. Who You Are An analytical problem-solver, you have proven expertise in user-centered design methods, techniques and principles. Your portfolio proves your experience to produce UX documentation like storyboards, user scenarios/tasks, user flows, wireframes and prototypes. USD 47.60 - 79.33 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $47.60 - $79.33/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
