Location: Columbus, GA

• Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments. Configure and handle supervising settings for applications, services, and infrastructure. Set up and handle Dynatrace clusters, nodes, and infrastructure. Integrate Dynatrace with other tools and systems (e.g., monitoring, logging, CI/CD). Set up and handle alerts, notifications, and event handlers.
• Tackle issues using Dynatrace analytics and diagnostics tools. Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues. Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. Provide recommendations for performance optimization and tuning working with different teams. Configure and handle security settings for Dynatrace environments and ensure compliance with interpersonal security policies and standards. Handle access controls, authentication, and authorization for Dynatrace users.
• Proactively monitoring of Business-Critical Application performance and respond to the events and incidents. Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports for team members.
• Lead Dynatrace user accounts, roles, and permissions. Develop and maintain documentation for Dynatrace configuration, usage, and standard processes. Plan and implement upgrades and maintenance tasks for Dynatrace environments and Ensure minimal downtime and disruption to monitoring and analytics capabilities.
