As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will work with our product and sales leaders to develop our customer engagement strategy and messaging for T-Mobile's Financial Services portfolio. By deeply understanding our business goals and market position you will find opportunities to deepen engagement with existing customers and develop campaign strategies that drive benefits awareness and increase usage.We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager with shown experience in the Financial Services space, who has a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign strategies that reinforce our customer values. The role requires a deep understanding of data driven marketing techniques and the ability to analyze customer behavior to build insights that lead to more personalized content and increased product usage. You will develop campaigns that reinforce the value customers receive and drive engagement to deliver on our business objectives. Your experience will help us accelerate growth even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required in Marketing Business or Communications. * 2+ years financial services experience * 7+ years marketing experience delivering successful, integrated product marketing content and campaigns that can be tied to increased business revenue. * Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close partnership with Product management and sales channels. * Shown interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, Brand strategy, creative/media teams, Legal, Compliance, and external Fintech partners. * Strong communication (verbal and written), content development, and presentation skills. #LI-Corporate * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
