Position Summary: Milacron is looking for a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to join our team in Mt. Orab, OH. As a Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tooling and fixturing used in the manufacturing process. The main goal is to create efficient systems that produce high-quality products in a cost-effective manner. You will establish internal processes that safely ensure the production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement throughout the shop by owning project timelines, improving throughput & cost, resolving technical/process issues, and drive lean initiatives throughout the shop. Lead and effectively interface with support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, Quality, Delivery, and Cost savings goals. Work You'll Do:
