This position develops, tests, maintains and enhances business applications as a member of an Agile or Operations development team, and works with the entire team to ensure development conforms to acceptance criteria. This position works with business product owners, developers, and quality analysts to drive value delivery and will participate in all phases of Agile software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications using C# and .NETtechnologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, designers, and other developers, across multiple time zones.
- Drive best practices in Agiledevelopment processes, ensuring continuous improvement and effective collaboration.
- Design and implement APIsand other backend components to support business needs.
- Leverage relational databasesto store, manage, and retrieve data efficiently.
- Conduct code reviewsto maintain high standards of code quality and ensure consistency across the team.
- Manage and integrate with Gitrepositories, ensuring effective version control and collaboration on code.
- Serve as the point of contact for technical issues and provide supportas needed.
- Work with leadership to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Balance multiple projects and applications, ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions.
- Research and troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions through critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programmingwith C#.
- Extensive experience with both front-endand back-enddevelopment using .NETframework.
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)certification or relevant experience with Azure.
- Strong understanding of relational databasesand experience building solutions with them.
- Experience working with cross-discipline teamsand collaborating with global teamsacross different time zones.
- Demonstrated experience in Agilemethodologies, leading development cycles, and adjusting processes based on evolving needs.
- Experience creating and maintaining APIsand backend systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Proven track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong leadershipskills, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve goals.
- Solid experience with GITfor version control and code management.
- Excellent research, deduction, and problem-solvingabilities.
- A self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with leadership and business customersto align development efforts with business goals.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
- Prior experience in a supportor customer-facing technical role.
We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. The pay range for this position is listed below. $81,530.00 - $132,585.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
