Role Overview: The Data Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing best-in-class data management solutions for metadata, master data, and data quality management. This role will enable advanced data analytics capabilities across the organization, driving actionable insights and enhancing member experiences. This position has an on-site requirement with the option for hybrid work flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 7+ years in data architecture, preferably in the Financial Services industry or a comparable field. Proven experience implementing enterprise data architecture models, data governance frameworks, and system integration solutions.
