Responsibilities

As our Residential Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinical residence, overseeing our amazing direct care staff and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll be the bridge that connects departments, keeping us compliant with policies and procedures while fostering a secure and uplifting atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Training & Mentoring: You'll train and guide our direct care staff, ensuring they shine bright in their roles! Think of yourself as a coach, providing feedback, support, and all the training they need to succeed.

Task Juggling: Help manage daily tasks and uphold high performance standards. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things organized and efficient!

Scheduling Superstar: Oversee staff schedules, approve time off, and make sure everyone's timecards are spot on. You'll keep our team running like a well-oiled machine!

Team Meetings: Lead our monthly direct care staff meetings where you'll deliver training, review protocols, and brainstorm ways to improve our daily operations. Let's make meetings fun and productive!

Client Connection: Offer direct support to clients through daily interactions and activities. You'll be their champion, helping them thrive and feel valued!

On-Call Hero: Provide on-call support as part of our weekly rotation. When challenges arise, you'll be there to save the day!

Group Facilitator: Conduct non-clinical groups and supervise client activities. Bring your creativity and enthusiasm to make these sessions engaging and enjoyable!


Qualifications

Compensation for this role ranges from $65,314 - $75,543 annually, depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in human services, counseling, psychology, education, criminal justice or social work preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with adolescents/young adults and families in a mental healthcare setting required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.
  • Must complete CPI and CPR training within first 30 days.
