Risk Management (RM)/Antiterrorism (AT) Lead
San Antonio, TX Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA): Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The RM/AT (Lead) shall be responsible for the performance of the RM/AT contracted scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following Program Areas: Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC). Qualifications:
- Former position or 10 years' experience as installation or equivalent Antiterrorism Officer (ATO), Antiterrorism (AT) Level II, Protection Assessment experience in concert with (ICW) Prevent, Protect, Mitigate, Respond and Recover (P2MR2) / Security Engineer.
- Electronic Security Systems course is desirable
- DoD experience
- Expert knowledge (>10 yrs) of installation risk management program leadership
- Expert knowledge (>10 yrs) of Protection compliance assessment
- Secret clearance
Education/Training/Certifications:
- Bachelors degree- any discipline
- ATO Level II or similar certification/experience
