Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Projects Leader located in Wayne, PA. This position will report to the Senior Director, National Accounts. Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, accounting, or business management,

  • Proficientin MicrosoftOffice with intermediate Excel skills including conditional formatting, advanced formula usage, pivot table creation & manipulation.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strongcommunication skills and comfortable building relationshipswith internal and externalcustomers

  • Detail-oriented with a high regardfor accuracy

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interestin and ability to work with numbers

  • Self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with ERP systems

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Works closely with National Account Sales teams to support customers with issue resolution and identify the right internal resourcesto engage based on the situation.

  • Prepares and distributes monthly and quarterly reports including Month-End Sales, Material Usage, Diverse Supplier Spend and Opportunity Summary.

  • Tracks,manages and resolvesaged inventory issues working with Sales to holdcustomers accountable to agreedupon terms and assure timely shipment or destruction. Responsible for documenting and invoicing storageand warehousefees.

  • Works with Credit department to track accounts receivables, apply credits, research & resolve short payments, unearned discounts and invoicing errors.

  • Records customer complaints and supports Quality, Manufacturing and Sales by tracking the status of complaints and assuring a timely response.

  • Providesan elevated levelof customer service support with occasional involvement in ordermanagement activities including order acknowledgments, expediting,shipping confirmations, and tracking.

  • Manages & reconciles trial and graphics costs and processes invoices when necessary.

  • Supports Sales with pricing, proposal development, presentations,samples, reports,and information gathering.

  • Providesadministrativesupport as necessary for the assigned sales team.
