We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to manage operations, enhance resident experiences, and lead our team for this 147-unit community. Role Overview: As the Community Manager, you will be pivotal in managing the team, ensuring resident satisfaction, handling financial oversight, and maintaining daily operations to foster a vibrant community environment. Job Details:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, with flexibility for after-hours needs
- Salary: $80,000 per year

Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing on-site team.
- Manage daily operations to ensure seamless property functionality.
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping teams to uphold a superior living environment.
- Monitor sales efforts and drive occupancy stability.
- Engage actively with residents, meeting regularly with resident committees to ensureexcellent resident satisfaction.
- Perform regular inspections and address any maintenance or aesthetic issues promptly.
- Oversee the Activities Director in planning and executing resident events, activities, and initiatives to enhance community engagement.
- Handle budget management, financial reporting, and expense control to meet company objectives.
- Maintain compliance with property management systems and keep meticulous records.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director for smooth tenant transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
- Act as the main liaison for resident communications, addressing concerns and requests.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and approve invoices.
- Oversee rent collection and lease renewals for financial stability.
Community Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in property management or a supervisory role.
- Proven skills in staff leadership, operational management, and resident relations.
- Preferred experience in active adult, multifamily, or senior living environments.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and expense management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping standards.
- Experience in vendor and contract management.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and personal vehicle access.
- Familiarity with RealPage software is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional evening or weekend work for community events or operational requirements.
