Advantage Resourcing is hiring a new Production Associate for an innovative beverage solutions company in Saint Rose, LA. Pay: $16 per hour Shift Availability: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime Essential Functions: Safely operate a forklift to move large pallets of product throughout the warehouse and onto the racking system. Inspect trucks for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product safety. Inspect products before loading and unloading for damage, integrity, weight, count, and safety concerns. Unload product from trucks to store in warehouse manually and using material handling equipment. Organize and stage products at loading docks for outbound shipments. Shrink wrap pallets and repair/repackage damaged products. Load ingredients into the blender hopper, run blends through the packaging line and palletize product bags. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse space, clean spills, and do routine maintenance. Requirements: High School Diploma. 1-3 years of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience (including forklift operation). Strong work ethic with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. Ability to stand for extended periods, work quickly, and frequently lift 50 pounds.
