Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Strategy supports the development and execution of cross-functional strategies that drive organizational growth and alignment. In this role, they apply analytical rigor and structured problem-solving to deliver actionable insights, assist in building strategic narratives, and collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their career to gain exposure to high-impact projects and develop strategic and analytical skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

Analytical Support:



  • Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Use structured problem-solving techniques to analyze business challenges and provide insights that guide decision-making.


Strategic Documentation:



  • Assist in creating clear, compelling presentations and documents that effectively communicate strategy recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Translate data and insights into visually engaging and easily understandable narratives.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:



  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to gather input, identify synergies, and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
  • Support team meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions to facilitate collaboration.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.


Progress Reporting:



  • Collect and organize feedback to refine strategies and ensure successful execution.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Strategic Communication: Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • 0-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
