Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Strategy supports the development and execution of cross-functional strategies that drive organizational growth and alignment. In this role, they apply analytical rigor and structured problem-solving to deliver actionable insights, assist in building strategic narratives, and collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. What You Will Do

Analytical Support:

• Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Use structured problem-solving techniques to analyze business challenges and provide insights that guide decision-making.

Strategic Documentation:

• Assist in creating clear, compelling presentations and documents that effectively communicate strategy recommendations to senior leaders.
• Translate data and insights into visually engaging and easily understandable narratives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with colleagues across functions to gather input, identify synergies, and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
• Support team meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions to facilitate collaboration.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Progress Reporting:

• Collect and organize feedback to refine strategies and ensure successful execution.
• In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Who You Are

• Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
