The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $40,400 - $52,500 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job DescriptionPlease note: This is an entry level role. Responsible for initiating contact with prospects and customers to sell assigned product and service categories via telephone, email, and other electronic media. Identify and qualify new business prospects and move those prospects along the sales funnel to an appropriate conclusion. Essential Duties
In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers' needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome. Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell. QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Either customer experience or sales environment preferred) This is an entry level role. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
