Description
Job Summary The Order Operations Specialist is responsible for processing independent contracts including initial set up of the account, subscription activation, managing contract ids, and documentation of all contract related activities. This position is responsible for provisioning users in the system for both new contracts as well as additions to existing subscriptions. They will also handle the repapering and/or subscription adjustments for non-revenue generating activities. The Order Operations Specialist works with other departments, as needed, and ensures proper departmental controls and consistency throughout the department. Job Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $67,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
